SDC16 – Vintage (Stampotique Challenge)

Woohoo….it's time for another Stampotique Designer's Challenge!  This week Milo is our hostess and she has challenged the design team to create a project with a VINTAGE theme (using Stampotique stamps only).  Be sure to join in the fun and link up your creation at the Stampotique Designers Challenge Blog for a chance to win a $30 gift certificate to the Stampotique shop!!

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

For my card I started with cheap white cardstock, embossed my images in black, then sprayed everything with a couple different colours of Smooch spray. I dried it a bit with my heat gun, then added some black enamel glossy accent to the heart in the sentiment, and to the dots on the house. I then added some clear glossy to the hearts at the top of the card and windows on the house. Then a bit of stickles to the flowers, and a touch of grey on the house using Copic markers. The flower is from Prima…yummm…gotta love their flowers.  All stamps are available at Stampotique. If you click on the words below, you will be taken directly to the stamp.

House, Flowers, Heart with bow, Heart

Thank you for stopping by, and I sure hope we see your creation over at the Stampotique Designers Challenge Blog!

Kim, I just love how the shimmer doesn't quite extend to the edges and it makes it look all distressed! That distressing machine sure does a nice job on the edges too! I love your idea for the sentiment and how you have created the border along the top too. It's even more beautiful in person if that's possible! :D
