I made a dozen cards like this just to give some of the girls at work. I searched the web for vintage Halloween pics, and found this and a few others. The sentiment is from MFT. I also used a little crow rub on from Making Memories. I know it's a simple card, but there were too many to make to spend alot of time on them.

Sometimes the simplest cards are the most difficult to achieve with perfection like you've done here. Your officemates loved this card...I just know it!
